Monthly Board Meeting The Board of Directors meets in person for one hour over lunch to review club finances, plan upcoming events and service projects, and guide the club’s direction. Refreshments, and coffee are provided. Board members are expected to attend. All club members are welcome and encouraged to join. It’s a good way to see how the club runs and to share ideas. Meetings are held in person. If the first Thursday falls on a holiday or conflicts with a club event, the date may shift. Changes will be announced in the (Bi-)weekly Update. |
