Mammoth Lakes Rotary stepped up to make Easter special for many needed families. Since the Covid-19 caused major layoffs at our restaurants we reached out to five restaurants in Mammoth. We asked them to identify children in need that we could make them Easter Baskets filled with goodies, candies, etc. The club members were broken into 5 teams and each restaurant had 2 families. Our local brewery gave hand sanitizer that they made instead of bourbon. We had hand made cloth masks available to the restaurants that were doing take out orders. This was an all club member participation activity. Two of our captains were new members and were excited to make this happen.
