On February 16, 2023, new books for Mammoth Lakes schools were donated to the Mammoth High School Librarian Dana Ellis. These books were funded by the Rotary District Grant Service Project - Books for Our Schools, a project created by club member Peggy Armenta. Helping her place bookplates that recognize the book as a gift of the Rotary Club of Mammoth Lakes, and pictured above, were Lois Klein, Luan Mendel, Sheryl Saari, Kathy Copeland and Dana Ellis.
